Our Facilities
Polar manufactures on the north side of Chicago. We run 3 coil feed lines and punch presses to make our line of parts. We also have a punch press robot that makes our popular 600 series line of grab handles. We do all our own spot welding including a welding robot. Our wire feed welding department has 2 welding lathes. We assemble all our hinges by hand to ensure our parts snug and not loose.
